2025 Annual Meeting
All members are invited to our Annual Meeting where we will review the financial state of First Commonwealth, hear from our President & CEO, Chairman of the Board, Supervisory Committee and more.
WHEN: Wednesday, April 16, 2025
TIME: Business meeting to begin promptly at 5:00 PM
WHERE: In-person at our Corporate Headquarters or Virtually (via Microsoft Teams)
Light refreshments will be served immediately following the business meeting, and guests will have the opportunity to mingle with other First Commonwealth members and staff. Business casual attire is encouraged.

Our Nominating Committee has nominated the following
candidates to serve on the Board of Directors:
William J. Ehritz
Board of Directors, Three-Year Term
William has been Chairman of the Board since 2020, a Board member since 2015, and previously chaired the Supervisory Committee for five years. He currently owns Kensol Airways and Keystone Running Stores and has held positions at Mack Trucks, U.S. Gauge, and Crystal Brands.
Juan Martinez
Board of Directors, Three-Year Term
Juan joined the Board of Directors in 2024. He is the owner of Martinez Hospitality with multimillion-dollar restaurants throughout Northeast PA. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from DeSales University.
Eric Rosenberger
Board of Directors, Three-Year Term
Eric was the Chairman of the Bellco Federal Credit Union Board of Directors and served on their Board since 2017. He joined PPL Electric Utilities upon graduation in 2011 and is currently a Principal Engineer in PP’s Transmission and Substation Asset Management Department.
Amanda Seddon
Board of Directors, Three-Year Term
Amanda started volunteering with First Commonwealth as an Associate Board Member in 2020 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021. With 15 years of Human Resources experience, she currently serves as the Senior Manager, NA Compensation at Henkel Corporation.
