Terry Grier’s wealth of experience stems from more than 25 years of leadership, with 18 years in the financial services industry. Terry is instrumental in leading enterprise initiatives, process improvements, and optimizing First Commonwealth’s portfolio of lending products and services. Terry's key focus is on building comprehensive business solutions as a trusted financial partner for small and medium sized businesses throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley.

With over 35 years of experience, John Melcher is responsible for accelerating First Commonwealth’s performance through the development, communication and execution of our strategic plan to deliver on our mission. John brings depth in operations, retail, commercial, and human resources experience to First Commonwealth where he oversees Human Resources, Marketing, Strategy, Government Affairs, and Communications.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Kim leads First Commonwealth’s Finance and Risk organizations.
