You will still be able to conduct all the same account activities with our new feature. Now, you will simply call our main line at 1.888.821.2400, and our virtual assistant, Scout, will guide you through the process seamlessly.
With Scout, you will be able to:
• Securely check balances
• Review recent transactions
• Transfer funds between internal accounts
Please Note: Phone banking capabilities will only permit the primary owner of the account to transact through self-service. Loan payments will not be available through self-service. Digital Banking is the best place to pay loans and transfer money between accounts.
