1 Points are a percentage of the loan amount. Example: For a $100,000 loan amount, 1 point is equal to 1.0% or $1,000. Points can be used to obtain a lower interest rate.

2 Annual Percentage Rate (APR) calculations for fixed and adjustable rate mortgages are based upon a purchase transaction with a $100,000 loan amount, 20% down payment, credit score of 740 and all applicable prepaid charges.

3 APR calculations are based upon a purchase with 680 credit score, 3.5% down payment, a loan amount of $96,500 and all applicable prepaid charges.

4 Maximum term is 30 years.

5 Jumbo loan amounts greater than $726,200 to $1,000,000. All jumbo loans require a minimum of 20% down payment. Rates vary according to credit score. Term is 360 months.

6 1st Lien Position: Maximum LTV for loan amounts up to $300,000 is up to 90%. The Maximum LTV for any loan amounts over $300,000 and up to $500,000 is 80%. 2nd Lien Position: Maximum LTV for loan amounts up to $150,000 is up to 90%. The Maximum LTV for any loan amounts over $150,000 and up to $250,000 is 80%.

7 APR denotes Annual Percentage Rate. All APR calculations on Home Equity Loans are based on a $20,000 loan amount. The rates for this loan type are based on an evaluation of applicant credit.

8 APR denotes Annual Percentage Rate. The minimum interest rate for a Home Equity Line of Credit is the Prime Rate plus a margin with a minimum floor of 3.50% APR and a maximum ceiling of 15% APR. The rate for this loan type after the introductory period is variable and based on the applicant’s credit score at time of application. Loans subject to approval.
