Small Business, Big Ideas.

For profit small businesses and startups often struggle to find financing. SBA loans give these business owners the opportunity to meet goals, large and small. Government applications can be daunting. Our SBA Specialists are here to find the best solution for your business and walk you through the entire process. And best of all, our experts explain the complicated material in terms you understand! We offer two SBA financing programs:

  • SBA 7a Program - Generally used for buying new equipment, renovating or constructing a building, expanding into new location, regular supply costs, refinancing current business debt, working capital, or nearly any other legitimate business expense. Its versatility makes it popular for small businesses and start-ups.
  • SBA 504 ProgramTypically used for real estate and land, among other things. The uses of the loan are more restrictive than the SBA 7a program. Primarily, the funds must be used for fixed assets, and not working capital.
